Air Conditioner

I've got a (new to me ), '2000 3070 Pursuit offshore.
Love the boat and I'm trying to find out why the ac barely blows cold air. It seems that possibly the duct may be dis lodged or off the unit? What little bit of air that is coming out is cold...
Does anyone know where the ac is located and the best way to get to it?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll have to remove some flooring to access, but this drawing helps a lot!
