I spent hours looking for something that would fit. I think I’ve finally found something that might work. Flambeau T824 24 compartment box. I bought one today from Newegg.com. I already have a 24 compartment box that came with the boat, which we use for crawler harnesses. Not sure what configuration...

Pursuit Denali 2460
We own a 1999 2460 Denali and like you said it is a real solid boat. This is our 7th year with the boat and couldn’t be happier. We really haven’t had to do much to the boat other than regular annual maintenance. I think you’re really going to be happy with it.

Engine hatch actuator replacements
I just replaced mine today on my 2460 Denali. Try Associated Spring/ Raymond in Maumee, Ohio. They were able to cross the part number and were fairly inexpensive.
