3000 Express Projects
Another project I'm working on too: Swap to the Johnson crank driven pumps. I have a Hardin SS unit on my port engine, stock mercruiser on starboard. They are such a pain to change impellers. Plus I don't care for the air drain stuff on the stock pump.

Thx Dan. I have a crack where the pump bolts to the tank. I removed the entire tank this afternoon. I have cleaned the entire area now that I can see it. Lol. Tonite I have applied a layer of epoxy. Gonna let it cure at least 24 hrs . Then I will plug and or cap all the ins and outs,then leal check ...

Wasn't so bad ,I removed the port side left bank flex hose. Detached the top of port actuator. Blocked the hatch. Removed the y pipe. That gave me plenty of room. It's holding vacuum now. I wish I could fit a slightly bigger tank. But!!!

Nice work Mark, you should patent the exhaust support bracket! For those who have the larger holding tank (as does mine) it does come out as well, its no easy task but it can be done with diesels and a generator in the E.R. Mine leaked from brand new it had a hole in the forward part of the tank, ha...

5050 The red and black above the hanging locker I have determined are power and ground The red and black are most likely 120v to the power outlet on top of the closet. 5050 So question is what is the blue and yellow wire for?
