2002 Pursuit 3000 Express with water in the cabin

Cutlass Bearings

I measure mine at 2" OD.

1-1/2" Shaft.

The strut is 6-3/16 long, but the bearing is set back and likely 6" long.

3000 Express Swim Platform Removal

For reference: It is glued to the boat with 5200/4200, a lot of it. Probably 90% of the flange was covered. I used Debond to loosen the glue, drove a bunch of plastic door jam shims in the gap and it eventually came off. Unfortunately it pulled some gelcoat off the boat and off the swim platform on ...

It pulled off 3 areas about the size of your palm. There is no wood in the transom that I can see, so no issues there. It's been quite the project.

New and improved hatch relay: The feed wire going to the switch was pretty wasted from corrosion creeping up the jacket. I was able to cut it back and find good wire though.
