2002 Pursuit 3000 Express with water in the cabin

2002 Pursuit 3000 Express with water in the cabin

As BNC said above. I have placed a bilge plug in the tube between the engine room and cabin. I took out all the lower rubber at the base of the windshield frame, and removed all the screws one at a time and put them back bedded in silicone. Leak stopped.

Best to get yourself midget gymnast with 7’ arms. Did you prime the water separating filter with fuel when you replaced it. Mine does...

Merc 350 Horizon Fuel Pumps

My engines have the Cool Fuel Gen 3 modules. They are mounted on the starboard side of the engines and of course the starboard pump failed. Changed pumps with Merc parts.
