PostSat Jul 18, 2020 9:15 am 385 offshore fuel consumption 2019 OS355 with trip 300's and I average .8 running 4100RPM and 32MPH. Factory suggests running around 3500RPMs at 27MPH to get .98 but the boat won't stay on plane at that speed and I burn .6!

PostSat Sep 10, 2022 8:00 pm 385 offshore fuel consumption Follow on to my last post: I installed the 4-blade, 16"pitch on the center engine and ran it through the RPM range. Overall impression is very good. While I am still not able to get 1MPG, I am getting increased speed at lower RPM and am achieving 29MPH at 3600 RPM with 3 POB and half-full tanks...

PostThu Sep 29, 2022 11:36 am 385 offshore fuel consumption I'm very interested in this topic. I have the same issue. in perfect conditions I get .8, but any slop or extra load it drops into the .7's. Sucks for canyon runs. I'm not a fan of fuel bladders. Please post results and set up. Thanks.

PostTue Jul 12, 2016 6:50 am Fresh water stinks Add a little bleach to the tank (with water in it). 1 tsp per 15 gallons and run through all of the lines usually does the trick.

PostThu Mar 15, 2018 10:37 pm A/C on an OS 315 You most likely lost prime. I have fond the best way to reprime the ac system is to put the boat in the water, open sea cock, then loosen the cap on the strainer until water flows out (don’t loosen it all the way). Now the system is primed. Turn on AC. Back in business.

PostThu Sep 07, 2017 12:50 am Switches for Denali 2670 Yeah you can have a look at any of the online store. But I would suggest you to consult an experience person before buying the replacement panel of the switches. This can help you to decide which product has the best quality and for how long it will work. You can contact Electricians Conshohocken PA...

PostFri Jul 17, 2020 8:19 am Add an accessory It is very easy to do Gus. Posting a picture of the dash might help. Do you have an empty accessory switch? That type of accessory has two wires. Usually a black and red or white. The black wire needs to go to a ground or "negative" side of the battery. Chances are there is a ground bar ne...

PostThu May 27, 2021 11:56 am Alarm The low pressure alarm switch is prone to failure, dont bother with the cheap aftermarket ones available from autoparts stores, they cant handle the vibrations of the 4cyl diesel. You can test the switch simply by pulling off the single wire, the alarm should stop, the switch is located next to the ...

PostWed Mar 17, 2021 9:03 am Underwater lights? Hi David: While doing my investigation, I got some excellent guidance from Pursuit Boats in Fla. They told me that the wiring harness for the UW lights was installed even though the option was not ordered when the boat was built. If you have a switch labeled Underwater Lights, then there is a good c...

PostThu Jul 21, 2022 11:29 pm OS 355 Defroster I called Pursuit and found out they considered installing a windshield defroster however never came into fruition. So essentially it is a dead switch that is not connected.
