How to replace the rear navigation light on a 2024 Pursuit 266

Hi...Help....I'm trying to replace the rear white nav light on my 2024 Pursuit 266. I removed the 3 screws and lock nuts but that didn't do the trick. There is a part on top that is also screwed to it and I don't know how to remove it. It doesn't appear to twist off and it also doesn't appear to pop off because there is no space to put a screwdriver in to pop it. When I did twist it I ended up pulling out the 3 small screws holding it on. Any help would be appreciated. I'll try and post a picture later.
