2017 Pursuit 280S in Palm City, FL - QUESTION

Postby FortyFour » Fri Mar 10, 2017 12:09 am

Hey All-

Just took delivery on my first pursuit, a 2017 280S with twin 300hp yamahas. Looking forward to contributing here...

this is my first boat over 25', and so per USCG i have to officially name and place lettering identifying my vessel name and hailing port...

i dont like the idea of putting anything on the sides of my hull and messing with the clean pursuit lines, so will the lettering on the transom be sufficient, despite being mostly blocked by my outboards?

thanks in advance.

Congrats on the 280S. Great boat by the way. Yes Transom name and hailing port covers what you need from the USCG even thought you have outboards.
