Want to buy 235 Off Shore or Denali

I’m looking to buy a 235 Off Shore or Denali (not sure when the name changed). I am wanting to use this as a family boat with the occasional run 20 miles out to do some fishing. Does anyone on here have one they are willing to let go of? Also, if anyone has this boat can you give a review on how this boat performs in 3’-5’ seas?
