2017 C260 Autopilot installation

Postby msh.hill » Mon Apr 15, 2024 9:58 am

Hello, I have a 2017 C260 and I am working on installing a Garmin Reactor Autopilot system. I've been struggling to run the cables from the back to the helm seat and center console as there just isn't a good way to get your hands in the tight spots. I was able to get pictures of the boat with the deck off from the factory, which helps a lot. I'm looking for feedback from anyone who has an auto pilot to figure out where the best place to mount the CCU/Compass is. The "easy" places in terms of running cables likely aren't the best from a magnetic interference standpoint. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
