Macerator pump out issues OS355

When I hold macerator switch and turn key the macerator pump runs and I can fill vibration in the hose going thru hull. But the tank doesn't appear to be discharging. I don't see anything in the water and the tank level indicator doesn't move. The pump running sounds like a high pitched fast clicking noise and the vibrations thru hose feels the same.
My initial thought is the pump blade jammed. Anyone with experience on these units?

I found the pump. Way up under everything in the back. Had to lay on my back and slide under a floor. I was going to access the fitting on end of pump and turn it with screwdriver to see if it was stuck. Never fails that Pursuit put that end of pump next to a wall. No was to access it.

Don't forget to open your thru hull valve.
