Additional fuel capacity for an S328

Postby chumtini » Sat Mar 28, 2026 2:07 pm

I have a 2019 Pursuit S328. I’m looking for options, recommendations, ideas for adding 100-150 gal fuel capacity. Easy solution is simply put 1 large or 2 smaller bladders in the aft cockpit.

Another thought is to have custom fit bladders made for the two insulated fish boxes (P and S cockpit deck boxes). This would be ideal. Bladders are out of the way and wont move. Anyone know the capacity, dimensions or weight these fishboxes can support?

Would also consider a more permanent, below deck solution.

Looking for ideas, thoughts or what others have done (good or bad). Prefer keeping the mech area under the large cockpit hatch open. Some of the aft mechanicals are already challenging to access. I’m not the young man I used to be :-(

Thanks
