Picking up new 325OS, quick question

I went down for a pre-delivery inspection of my new 325OS that I am picking up tomorrow. I am an audio guy who loves tunes while boating. I turned on the house battery and then the stereo came on with no volume. Then I heard this dreaded white noice high pitched hissing from the speakers? Then I turned on the underwater Lumitech Qauttros I had installed to see them in action and I heard a loud high pitched wine from the speakers. The tech claims its normal on these boats??? Any other owners on there that can confirm? The system is a JL Audio source unit, MM 100. JL Amps as well. Would love some help on this one.....

Hi, was the issue resolved. I was thinking of buying this same boat. I was wondering how it performs in rough seas? Have you had the opportunity to use it in rough seas?
