New props for 345 OS

I am repowering my 345 with new Yamaha 350’s (exhaust manifold leaks). I want see if anyone has recommendations regarding props and pitch. I want to maximize my fuel burn per hour without giving up too much in performance. Any suggestions? Thanks!
