Cabin Shelf Removal 3000 Express

I was wondering does anyone know how the forward shelf in the cabin on the starboard side can be removed? Is it even possible to remove the shelf that runs from the front on the starboard side back to the locker with the radio? I have a 2000 Pursuit 3000 and looking to redo some of the vinyl in the front of the boat and it appears the vinyl goes behind this shelf.
