Leaking bow thruster tunnel insert

Postby ksgoldman » Fri May 16, 2025 5:55 pm

Has anyone seen water dripping out of the bottom of their bow thruster tunnel insert? I have a 2019 OS 325 (purchased new in 2019). Today when I was washing down the boat I noticed water dripping from the seam of the bow thruster tunnel insert.

I’m assuming the caulk has dried up and it needs to be recaulked. I’ve never hit anything or beached the boat.

I just recaulked the rub rails and hull deck joint because that caulk dried up and shrunk after 6 years.

My boat is on a lift. I haven’t gone under the boat in my dinghy to see if I can see any holes or cracks.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Thanks!
