what's this 02 on 3070 express

bought my 02 3070 express used this spring with no manuals for anything. downloaded manual online but can't find anything on this switch. it is just to your right going down stairs to cabin

On my 3070 offshore that switch turns on the light underneath my stairs

The lights under the stairs and on my 2007 335 Offshore the led lights on either side and below the v berth in combination.
