I have the same issue as Rakerduke, the starboard hatch lifter on my 2001, 3000 Express works but the port hatch lifter seems stuck down. Does anyone know how I can get the hatch lifted? Do I pull the cleavis pins from the lifters and manually (block and tackle) lift the hatch? Has anyone done this before? It seems very difficult to access and remove and replace the lifter motor with the hatch down. Any ideas?
