2470WA rear bench bolster attachment

Postby bestmate » Sun Feb 13, 2022 6:53 pm

If anyone is interested, and have the rear bench seat over the fish locker, this is how that rear bolster is removed.

Using a wooden wedge, you can start on the port end and gently tap the wedge behind the bolster till it starts to pull out. You then get a better view of where the nylon push pins are located. Place the wedge near the pins and tapping the wedge in the bolster will come off. it is not blind screwed-in like the side bolsters.
