Cockpit chill plate not working

Cockpit chill plate not working

I have a 2018 OS325. Last season the cockpit chill plate under the seat worked great. Turned it on this season and not getting cold. Any advise or suggestions? Thanks

Same issue on my 2016 OS385. It turned out to be a bad temp controller on the panel. Long lead time for a replacement...
