Kenyon cockpit grill doesn't get hot enough

Kenyon cockpit grill doesn't get hot enough

I have a new 365 i SC and the Kenyon cockpit grill gets warm, but not very hot. It takes 1 hour to grill a burger and the burger is barely cooked. My dealer has replaced the girl, but the new one still does not perform well. Has anyone else had this problem?

We just purchased a 2021 OS 325 and it has the Kenyon electric grill. Ours gets very hot- puts nice sear stripes on our steaks. Sorry you are having an issue. It should get really hot.

We have 2017 355os and grill is great! Gets really hot quick and we use it alot.
