Pursuit 2460 Denali rpm's

I have a 2000 Pursuit 2460 mercruiser bravo III dual prop , 350 mag mpi. At wide open throttle I m only achieving 4200 rpm. Engine specs say 4800 to 5000rpm. I m thinking the prop pitches aren t the right ones. Wondering what rpm's some of you guys are getting and what prop pitch are you running.
