Express 3000 Exhaust Tip
When I made these I traced the flange exactly and made a template out of clear perspex to ensure the existing holes for the fixings lined up.
The template was a poor fit,so disregarding the flange I made another oversize template out of clear perspex by holding it to the hull and locating the three holes.
I screwed the template to the hull and then drew the exhaust opening freehand onto the template.
They are not exactly the same, you will need to make two templates.
Hope that makes sense, again be wary of the hole locations if you are going to drill through and bolt them down, you could easily end up drilling through the exhaust tube on the inside.
Your existing holes may be stripped out.
