2014 Pursuit 345 OS anchor locker drain re-bedding

Postby The Other Line » Thu Nov 19, 2020 4:56 pm

New to this.

I have been told by a boat surveyor to re-bed the anchor locker drain fitting to prevent water infiltration.
This fitting is not a thru hull fitting and appears to be glassed in.
In the anchor locker there is a drain hole in the glass and no fitting or brass nut.
The hull side stainless drain appears to be lower than the bottom of the anchor locker which makes sense.
Possible that the hull side fitting is screwed into whatever is glassed into the hull?
