Wind shield wiper 1997 2470 WA

Are there replacement blades available? How do you get the are off of the spindle? It looks like it is corroded on the shaft.

Just did a replacement on my 2460 Denali. Don't make it more difficult than it has to be. The arm does not have to come off. Take the blade off the arm, (I covered it with a rag so as not to scratch the glass. Take the blade to NAPA and have them match it. Cost me $8 or so. Snap the new blade on and you are good to go.
