what is this switch 2002 3070 express ?

had the boat 10 years and still don't know what it is. nothing in manual

12 volt courtesy light, lights are probably in the stairs, circuit breaker on 12v panel?

My 3000 express also has them under the dinette floor and under the sink cabinets
