Prop pitch for 2460

I have a 2460 350 mag mpi Bravo 3. What prop pitches work best for this setup. My boat with no load in it won t go past 4200rpm at wide open throttle. Motor specs say it should be around 4800 to 5000 rpm. Motor sounds great fire's good, I m thinking it's overcrowded.
