Cutlass Bearings

Postby ccroke13 » Mon Dec 11, 2023 8:37 am

Would anyone happen to know the cutlass bearing size for 1 1/2" Shafts? My boat is a 2000 3000 express with 1 1/2" shafts and its time to do the cutlass bearings, curious if anyone has the correct size. Thanks.

Cutlass Bearings

I replaced mine about 5 years ago, maybe more. I believe the OD is 2 inches but you should verify that. I am looking for my records on that but I have sold that boat.

I measure mine at 2" OD.

1-1/2" Shaft.

The strut is 6-3/16 long, but the bearing is set back and likely 6" long.

3000 express
