Pursuit OS355 2018 Battery recharge/ jump start question

Hello I have a Pursuit OS355 2018, dual Yamaha 350s. Had an incident where one engine battery was completely dead. Did not appear to charge in spite of being connected to Shore Power. Could not figure out if this model had a "battery switch" mechanism whereby one battery could "jump start" or "cross-connect" with the other battery, to start the dead engine battery. This boat has a "Battery Switch Panel Feeds" box (in the same area with the 4 engine batteries) with several switches. Unclear if this "box" could enable what I am asking? Other Pursuit models like Denali 2460 have a big dial switch that has "Engine 1, Engine 2, BOTH" switch choices. Does anyone have experience jump starting one engine battery with the other engine battery?

Clarification, on the Denali 2460, the switch was "Battery 1, Battery 2, ALL" for a single engine boat...
