Adding storage boxes and hull integrity

Postby Fishin-n-Wishin » Mon Jan 21, 2013 9:43 pm

I'm wanting to add storage for tackle and such and hope someone might give me some insight on the thought of cutting a hole in the forward gunwale area just beyond the center console. If the hole is say, 20" x 18" and a pre-fabed storage box was installed will this jeapordize the integrity of the hull?
