Baitwell pump

Baitwell pump

On my 1999 2470cc I have replaced my pump with the original Jabsco..I tried the Rule but it won't draw up since it has to be below the waterline. Jabsco is very noisy and pulls more power as well as difficult to work on. Has anyone had any luck with any other application? Thank you in advance........
