Trim cylinder leak 250ox66

Noticed a leak in one of the ram trim cylinders at time of put up. Has anyone replaced the orings in these and is it a project that can be done with cylinder left on the boat? Buckeye2

I will be doing both of my trim cylinders in a few weeks so I will let you know how well it goes
