Throttle return spring had come off the butterfly so when I would idle down it wouldn’t close the throttle all the way. Had to quickly raise and lower the throttle lever to get back to idle

Replacing cables and getting trim tab pump running right has revealed trim tab cylinder on port side to be leaking :banghead: oh well add it to the winter hit list
