Good new is starboard side (the first one I did) was worse than port so I got to breathe a little sigh of relief.
First project like this. Any advice is welcome

I agree totally with the flexible part. Would be happy to chat via email or phone about the project.
I am amazed at how much difference the halogen work lamp made on drying it up. The stbd side is much dryer now than port just in 24 hours since putting the light on it. I am optimistic that it will dry out good now. I also plan on doing as many thru hull fittings as I can as well now after seeing this. I may even do the blower boxes up on the helm area.

You have any pictures of the hidden fasteners you used?
