3000 express 110 volt outlet issue

Postby Woodworker2001 » Tue Feb 02, 2021 8:51 am

The outlet on top of my hanging locker has no power when outlets breaker is turned on in the main panel. Outlet in the bathroom does have power. I removed the outlet and the wires are still connected and have no power to them so it is not just a bad outlet. Looking for suggestions on where that outlet picks up its power and if anyone else has had any issues with it?

I believe that all of my outlets are controlled by the panel switch, including that one by the locker.

99% sure both outlets are controlled by that breaker as well. Outlet in bathroom works. Hanging locker does not. Has to be a broken wire or bad connection. Not sure where they join power from the panel though.

Anyone pulled main power panel out?

Tried reseting the ground fault on the outlet above the sink? Does it have power?

The outlet in the bathroom is on its own circuit( with its own ground fault) the other two (hanging locker and above the sink) are on the same circuit.

Will check this weekend. Don’t remember on up by the sink. Only one I remember is below the sink by the storage door in the bathroom. But I could just have bad memory. They are all on the same breaker though right? I only have one outlets breaker.

To clarify, the other outlet is above the galley sink - its half hidden, one breaker on the panel powers all three outlets.

Do you have an inverter on board?
