Anybody else notice the 'enhanced' boater exclusion zone off Hillsboro Mile?? Must be 750 yards off shore, making the closest anchor point basically in the primary boating channel for those running to an fro lake boca and LHP..
To my knowledge BEZ's are only legal on Public Access Beaches. Further the town ordinance allows for 'residents' and their guests to be allowed an exception...starting to look like a private boating zone.
Any one want to get together on this?
