I just stumbled on this site http://www.fpmarine.com/Pursuit.htm I don't see any arches but they do have some Pursuit parts.... might be worth a call.

Have you tried Pursuit customer service? If they did not build them in house, they would moist likely tell you who they jobbed the work out to.

If you dont want To spend $$2,500 /$$3,500.....for new installed propely, you could call a salvage yard in new jercy ....a lot of boats where lost because of .storm sandy.

In TX you can probably get one custom made. I'm in MI and the only guy I could find couldn't get to it until Fall. I ordered an Atlantic Arch in a box. Wiith two extra rod holders and two fllod lights it came to about 1600 bucks. Looking for it in week or so. I'll take some pic's after it is on and PM you with them. I really wanted a custom but i could not find anyone with a pattern for my 2460 Denali, maybe around your area it will be different. What kind of Radar will you be adding. I think I am going to try the Lowrance HD4 as the rest of my electronics are Lowrance/Simrad.
