Switch Panel Cover Replacement

Switch Panel Cover Replacement

I am in the process of replacing the dashboard switch covers with Contura V etched covers. I noticed that the replacement covers are pretty much set up for illumination but there are several non illuminating swithces. I am wondering if anyone has converted these to illuminatiung switches and if so was the wiring in place to do so?
