2018 OS325 HPF reading

I'm getting HPF reading on A/C. Pump strainer is clean. Has good out flow from both through hull openings and then just stops. I shut off pump and A/C for about 30 seconds and when I turn them back on, they run with good water flow then HPF reading a few minutes later. Could this be the pump getting hot and shutting down? Would a cooling fan help? Any thoughts or helpful hints would be appreciated. Thanks
