The red and black are most likely 120v to the power outlet on top of the closet.

All the factory installed 12vdc neg wires are yellow, and should run back to the neg bus below the AC/DC switchboard

If your describing the area above the closet I think the blue + is for the cabin and closet light, the yellow is the neg for the cabin/closet light.

The only place Ive seen a factory installed amp on the express was behind the seat under the AC/DC switchboard, look there for a bundle of speaker wires.

these wires are all bundled in the stereo bundle. The red is 12v DC to the stereo breaker and the black is ground. The yellow I do not know where it goes, the blue goes to underneath the breaker panel there is a yellow wire in the stereo bundle there also but it does not go to the spot above the hanging locker (i toned it out) I assume the yellow and blue are for an amp and the speaker wire below the breaker panel go to the prewired location in the vessel. I pretty much have it figured out. new stereo is in and the cabin speakers work no to cut the holes for the aft cockpit which im not thrilled about lol

Check the sides of the tabs box. See if yellow wire goes there. If it does pull the aft and forward bilge breakers. I bet it cuts power with one of those being tripped. It is not how you want it to be but how mine came to me

I the yellow wire does not appear to be going to the tabs unit, it does have 12v on it though. My stereo can handle 2 zones as is so 4 speakers. Im not putting speakers in the helm at the moment just rear cockpit. When i add the helm area fusion makes a single zone mini amp which i just wire up fresh.

rear cockpit speakers installed had to run new wires since the old ones were semi corroded and sounded like shit. Did not see that yellow wire going to the tabs unit but i dont plan to add anymore at the moment. I just rewire for a amp and 1 speaker to the upper helm and 1 to the lower in the future. Thanks for all the help and input.
