Does anyone know where the fuse is for the CO detector?

Does anyone know where the fuse is for the CO detector?

I was messing around with the wires as mine does not work and popped the fuse. I have noooooo idea where this connects. I traced the wires under to under the bathroom sink, then I'm lost.

It is definetly a fuse, and I checked all the breakers already.

Do these get power from the distribution panel or go somewhere else. Let me know what you know, boat model probably doesn't matter as it's likely to be a similar connection. Thanks!
