2470 Repower

Postby saa844 » Sun Apr 10, 2016 8:04 am

I am considering reposing my 2470wa now 225 2 stroke Yamaha to 300 Suzuki and replacing my soft top with hard top. Does anyone have any experience with the added weight and performance with a similar repower?

While I don't have answers to your specific questions, have you check to see what the max HP rating is for the boat?

I believe the max power is 300. Man all you guys like zukis lol. I'm a Mercury fan. Don't count them out either . They have great warrenties and are some of the highest 4 strokes on the market.
