Mercerator Pump

Offshore today and was going to dump the waste tank - but the grinder pump would not turn on. Any ideas? Is there a breaker for this pump? If so where is it? Maybe the pump just failed. Assume that I will have to remove the back panel to replace?

Mine quit on my 2870 last season and I replaced it with Sure Flo 3200-001 it was an exact replacement for me. it was on my circuit breaker panel above my sink.
