2470 WA Tilt/Trim Issue

Postby DanO6961 » Sat Apr 09, 2011 4:25 pm

I went to get the boat out of storage today. Hooked up the fully charged batteries and went to tilt the motors up for trailering. The trim tilt does not work at all. Checked all other electrical circuits and everything works fine. Lights, horn, pumps, etc all work. Used the switches on the motors and at the helm. Nothing. Is there a breaker or fuse for the hydraulic pump for the tilt?? Need to get them tilted or I cannot trailer it. Tried the release screw on the port side of the motors. But they are corroded and cannot be loosened to allow manual tilting of the motor. HELP!!

Thanks,
DanO

Check for a relay inside of motor. You might be able to jump it.
