TABS Battery Relay Short?

TABS Battery Relay Short?

I own a 2004 2670 cuddy and have noticed a constant "chatter" at the TABS battery switch unit after engine shutdown. It sounds like a relay and it stops once batteries turned off. Now the starboard engine only starts when parallel switch in use. All batteries have been replaced and connections checked but the problem remains. Anyone ever experience this or have a suggestion to correct?
