3370 shower sumb and forward bilge

Hello.. I am new to the site and new to owning a Pursuit and hoping someone can help. I have a 2006 3370 and I am always getting water in the shower sump from the forward bilge area. It pours in through the rigging tube that the shower drain and shower sump discharge are in. There is always water under the wood floor in the cabin. When I take off with the boat I try to hold the bow high and use the bilge pump switch manually to pump the water out but this doesn't seem to help at all, I get very little water out with the pump, so either this water never makes back to the aft pump or its not enough water for it to pump.
I do notice when the boat is in its slip that it is bow heavy or at least lower it the bow looking at the boot stripe. I do not have a generator in the boat so maybe this is contributing to this problem but even when I fill the live well and fill the fish box with water I still cant seem to get the water to all flow to the stern.
Any insight to a fix will be well appreciated..
