I’m looking to connect with another pursuit owner that had put mounts for downriggers or burnwinn adapters somewhere. Looking for photo ideas on placement and support.
Worried about the gunnel. As well as where rod holder storage is.
The back retractable cleat is in the way of where I wanted to put it…
Anyways let me know if anyone has done this!

OS 325 year 2016+ - downrigger location?
I read the manual because I have similar interest. Pursuit is clear that it can’t be in the rod holder area. The area just behind is reinforced for downriggerrs, however, I have not seen if there is access below, or just solid enough material to use wood type screws.

OS 325 year 2016+ - downrigger location?
I had my dealer install burnewiins and reinfornce the rod holder portion of the gunwale with 1/4' SS brackets on each end. works great and have been using them for 3 years on my 2022 OS325. I will attach some photos later today. I was very concerned with the downrigger locations on my boat when I purchased it, but the dealer said they have been doing this method for a long time with no issues.
the Burnewiins are great and I use them for my downriggers as well as fender holders and rod holders. gives a nice clean gunwale when not fishing.
