Re-power Pursuit OS 345: Honda BF350, Suk DF350 or Yamaha 350 v6??

Says it in the title.

I have a 2009 Pursuit 345 OS with Gen A Yamaha 350 v8 that are getting a little long in the tooth.

I would love to swap out the Yamaha v8 for new Yamaha v6 350hp but my gut tells me there in not enough torque for the beast the 345 OS is (18k with fuel, gear and 4-5 crew). Is anyone aware of a repower withe the new Yamaha 350hp v6 on a 345 or 355 OS what the numbers are?

Alternately, I am also looking at repowering with the new Honda BF350 v8 and keeping my hydraulic steering and forgoing their electric. Any one aware of this being done with a 350 or 355 OS?

Lastly, is to repower with the Suk DF350. I have concerns with the low end as they had some problems and have spoken to a number of charter captain in Westport, WA that fish regularly 50-70 miles offshore for Albies and they have had a ton of problems with the first gen lower ends. A good charter friend of mine out of the same port that has three 29' Defiance Gudalupe w/ twin Honda BF250 (he swears by these) and customer Defiance 42' with triple Yamaha 300's that he also loves. This friend said he would never allow me to repower with a DF350 but would have no issues with a DF300 if my boat was a 325 OS / smaller boat.
