Cabin leak 2870 wa

I have a new slow cabin leak in head and just aft. It fried my AP computer in the space between the head and aft bunk! Any ideas on location and how to fix? The windshield rubber is old 1999, and contracted on both ends, I sealed last year with silicone. Thanks
