I have a custom built I-beam aluminum trailer set up for a Pursuit express for sale, based on a brand new 2022 McClain 21k trailer, it has never been titled,I have the certificate of origin from McClain to title the trailer.
Only used four times from new, about 20 miles on road towing.
A crazy amount of time/money was put into this project, the entire boat fits inside the trailer with no overhang at rear, with two people (one in truck - one on boat) the boat launches/retrieves like its a 20 foot boat with ease (have video) without the truck tires even getting wet.
All bunks are height adjustable and can be moved to suit other boats
3 x 7000 pound dexter axles
Dexter disk brakes on all wheels
16’ E rated tires
Oil bath hubs
2 speed winch
41 ft long
104 inches wide (outside to outside of fender)
